Mission Statement

Pathways Vermont’s mission is to end homelessness in Vermont and provide innovative mental health alternatives.

History

Pathways Vermont began as a pilot program in 2009 to bring Permanent Supportive Housing to a rural setting. The following year, Pathways Vermont was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Learn more about our history here.

Programs

Our core programs and services are Permanent Supportive Housing, Community Center, Support Line, Soteria House, Training Institute, Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team, Rural Outreach (PROPS) Team, Rosewood Cottage Peer Respite, and Mental Health Urgent Care.
