Mission Statement

Pathways Vermont’s mission is to end homelessness in Vermont and provide innovative mental health alternatives.

History

Pathways Vermont began as a pilot program in 2009 to bring the Housing First model to a rural setting. The following year, Pathways Vermont was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Learn more of our history here.

Programs

Our core programs and services are Housing First, Community Center, Support Line, Soteria House, Training Institute, Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team, and Rural Outreach (PROPS) Team.
